What is the Veloretti Outlet?

We have an Outlet section on our website with a small selection of returned or slightly damaged bikes. You can find the outlet bikes on a separate page in our webshop. Stock may vary from time to time, depending on the number of outlet bikes we have

What kind of bikes are sold via the outlet?

The bikes in our outlet are bikes that have been returned, exchanged, or were slightly damaged during the production process. The bikes have been thoroughly inspected, serviced, and are technically sound. Our outlet inventory does not include bicycle

Do I have a warranty when purchasing a bike?

Yes, we offer the same Warranty on Outlet bikes. Read more about our Warranty.

What kind of discounts are used?

There is a 15% discount on our Veloretti Electric bikes in the Outlet, and a 20% discount on our Veloretti Kids and City bikes. We don't sell accessories in the outlet.

Can I add accessories to my order?

That’s possible! After configuring your Veloretti to the way you want it, the ordering process allows you to select accessories that go well with the bike of your choice. Keep in mind that you have to install it yourself after receiving the bike, and

Can I return my bike bought in the outlet?

Yes, but keep in mind we have a shorter return period for Outlet bikes of 14 days instead of 30 days. Read more about returns.

Can I Insure my outlet bike?

For Electric bikes it’s possible to order our premium service plan, which includes an insurance contract that we offer in collaboration with Qover. Insurance is also available for our Outlet bikes. The insured amount is the purchase price of the
