The bikes in our outlet are bikes that have been returned, exchanged, or were slightly damaged during the production process. The bikes have been thoroughly inspected, serviced, and are technically sound. 

Our outlet inventory does not include bicycles with severe optical damage, but the damage can differ per bike. One model may have several scratches on the frame, whereas another model may have only one deep scratch. It is not possible to request photos in advance.
