ELECTRIC TWO

When shipping is planned with our transport partner, you will receive a track and trace code for this part of the order. 

Netherlands and Belgium:

Our Electric Two's are transported by Post NL. Delivery will take place from Mondays to Saturdays, between 8:00 and 21:00.

Germany:

Our Electric Two's are transported by MainFreight. Delivery will take place on weekdays, between 8:00 and 18:00. 

City bikes and Kids' bikes 

We’ll deliver our City bikes and Kids' bikes within 3 to 10 business days after order placement to the following countries: Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Austria, and Luxembourg.

Delivery of City bikes will take place on weekdays. Our Kids' bikes and accessories can be delivered on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays. We’ll send you an update after your order has left our warehouse. You will receive a tracking code to follow your parcel. 

Ordered a City bike with a basket? Please note your basket will come in a separate delivery, and not together with your bike. 

Only ordered accessories or spare parts? If you only ordered Electric accessories or spare parts, the delivery time will be between 3-10 business days. Orders can also be delivered in the evenings and on Saturdays, depending on the chosen carrier.
