What are the delivery times?

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are applied per bike in the order.

Can I pick up my order in the Brand Store?

Unfortunately, you cannot pick up your online order at our Brand Store.

What countries do you ship to?

To what extent is the bike assembled upon delivery?

Electric bikes ELECTRIC TWO (Pro & Lite) The Electric Two will arrive 85% assembled. All you need to do is unpack and mount the pedals, the front wheel with the front fender, and additional accessories.

What should I do if I did not receive my order?

If the status of your track and trace hasn’t changed after five business days, please contact Customer Care. We will get in touch with the transport company in order to open an investigation. Please note that investigations might take a few days

What should I do if I receive a damaged packaging or product?

Please take photos of the damage and send them to our Customer Care within two days. It's possible that only the box was damaged in transit, not the bike itself. You can remove the bike from the box and inspect it. If the bike is damaged, please
