What are the delivery times?

Delivery costs are applied per bike in the order.

Can I pick up my order in the Brand Store?

Unfortunately, you cannot pick up your online order at our Brand Store.

What countries do you ship to?

Electric bikes As we focus on building Veloretti, we're just delivering Electric bikes to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium for now. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter so you can see when we open to more countries in future

To what extent is the bike assembled upon delivery?

Electric bikes ELECTRIC ONE The Electric bike will arrive 99% assembled. The only thing left for you to do is to adjust the handlebars, mount the pedals, and digitally set up your bike. All the necessary parts and tools are included in the box.

What should I do if I did not receive my order?

If the status of your track and trace code hasn’t changed after a couple of days, please contact Customer Care. We will get in touch with the transport company in order to open an investigation. Please note that investigations might take a few days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged packaging or product?

Please take photos of the damage and send them to our Customer Care within two days. It's possible that only the box was damaged in transit, not the bike itself. You can remove the bike from the box and inspect it. If the bike is damaged, please
