One of the most common issues with the bike not turning on is a very empty battery. Please charge your battery for a couple of hours and put the battery in. Press the display for five seconds and wait for the bike to turn on. If this is still not working, please check if the bike is powered by the battery. An easy check is to turn the rear wheel, while off the floor, and see if the lights are showing on the Enviolo button. If not, this could be a battery issue, not giving the bike power. If the lights are not coming up on the Enviolo please contact our customer care team.

If the Enviolo button is showing lights, the issue could be that the display itself is broken. Please check the display, cables, and connecting plugs for any damage. Unplugging and plugging the cable back in can sometimes help as well. But be very careful, as the connectors are very delicate.

An easy check is to turn the rear wheel, while off the floor, and see if the lights are showing on the Enviolo button. If not, this could be a battery issue, not giving the bike power. If the lights are not coming up on the Enviolo please contact our customer care team.

If the Enviolo button is showing lights, the issue could be that the display itself is broken. Please contact our customer service in this case, we will try our best to solve the problem for you.
