I'm missing information like SoC (State of charge) or speed on my displayUpdated a year ago
This can indicate an issue with your Enviolo not passing the correct information. To troubleshoot this:
- Turn your Veloretti Electric off and unplug the cable that is connected to your Enviolo device.
- Put the plug back in (be careful because these plugs are very delicate) and turn the bike back on.
- Check if the SoC (State of charge) is stated in the display, if the state of charge is back it means the Enviolo needs to be calibrated again. See here for the Enviolo manual.
If you're still missing the speed indication please contact Customer Care with some photos of the position of the speed magnet next to the rpm sensor next to the Enviolo.
