Please put your items back into the original packing materials and box. If you no longer have the box, we can send you a new one for a small fee.

If you want to return something, you can create a return via your order in your account on the Veloretti website. We will arrange for a pick-up of your bike to return it to our warehouse. Please always repackage the bike carefully, as we cannot provide a full refund if your order is damaged upon return.
