If your battery is not charging, first check the status lights on your charger:

  • Orange: Charging in progress (the battery is not yet full).
  • Green: Charging complete (the battery is fully charged).
  • No lights: If the charger is plugged in but shows no lights, please verify your power source and ensure all cables and plugs are securely connected. If the connections are fine but there are still no lights, the charger may be defective.

Important: Performance in cold weather 
Extreme cold can significantly affect e-bike performance. Low temperatures can lead to a temporary loss of motor support, a display that won't turn on, or a battery that refuses to charge.

If your bike is unresponsive during cold weather, we recommend bringing it indoors to a dry, snow-free environment. Allow the bike and battery to warm up for at least one hour at room temperature. In many cases, the bike isn't broken. It simply needs to reach an optimal temperature to function correctly.
