I haven't received my Veloretti gift card yet, what now?

Can I see the remaining value on my gift card?

You can see the remaining value of the card at the checkout page by filling in the gift card code in the ‘gift card or discount code field’. Don't worry, the value remains on the gift card until you follow through with payment.

Can I use the (digital) card in the Veloretti brand store?

Yes, bring the code or card with you and the employees in the store will use the card as part of your payment. Please note, we only sell limited stock of Kids' bikes and accessories in our brand store. You can call our store to check the availability

I have lost my digital gift card, what now?

I've lost my physical gift card, what can I do?

The person who gifted you the card has the order number in their email inbox, so ask for this and then send it to us at [email protected]. We can look up your order and arrange a new code, we will cancel the old code and check if that one is not

Can I exchange the credit on the card for money?

It is not possible to exchange the (remaining) value of the gift card for money, but the gift card is valid for five years.
