1.Can you provide VAT-free invoices?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer VAT-free invoices to our customers. As a business, we are obligated to pay taxes to the corresponding country where the product(s) are purchased. This means that the VAT is included in the purchase price and remitted to the tax authorities of that country.

2. How can i claim back the VAT?

While we do not offer VAT-free invoices, you may be able to claim back the VAT through your own tax administrative office. 

3. What if i am exempt from VAT?
