The warranty period of two years starts on the date of delivery, the warranty is applicable for all components on the bike except for wear and tear parts.
Veloretti will give you 5-year warranty on the paintwork of the frame and front fork against corrosion from the inside and 2-year warranty on chrome parts and other painted parts against corrosion.
During the valid warranty period(s) all parts, where it has been determined by Veloretti that there is a material and/or construction defect, will be repaired or reimbursed at Veloretti’s discretion.

The warranty can only be claimed upon presentation of the original purchase invoice. The warranty is transferable, on condition that the proof of warranty (the original purchase invoice) is presented. Batteries are excluded from transferable warranty because the current owner can’t give information about the history of the battery, how intensively it was used and how many times it was charged.
