Service update for Ace & Ivy Two

On a limited number of Ace and Ivy Two bikes, the brake disc bolts may loosen over time.

If you’ve received an email from us about this service action, your bike is part of the affected production batch. We strongly recommend booking a free service appointment to have the bolts checked and replaced as a precaution.

• Customers in Amsterdam and surrounding areas can book their appointment at the Veloretti Brandstore (Van Woustraat 74).

•  Customers outside Amsterdam can visit their nearest Veloretti retail partner.

The service check takes 10–15 minutes and is free of charge.

Important to note:
 – If any bolts appear loose or are missing, stop using your bike immediately.
 – If the bolts seem secure, short rides are permitted, but the bolts must be checked before and after each ride.
