My Enviolo gears are not shiftingUpdated 10 months ago

When your gears are not shifting, it could be due to a couple of issues:

Calibration wasn't sufficient and the Enviolo device needs to be (re)calibrated. Download the Enviolo manual and follow the instructions to calibrate your Enviolo.

The speed magnet ring could be in the wrong position or missing. The speed magnet ring should be mounted between the rear wheel hub and the Enviolo interface. You can contact our customer care team for instructions on how to check this.

There could be an error in the Automatiq, you can pull out the cable for a couple of seconds to reset the Enviolo. Try calibrating afterward.
