We only ship our City bikes, Kids' bikes, and accessories to the UK. 

Because the United Kingdom is not a member of the European Union, additional fees may apply due to EU import/export regulations. 

• Orders below £135,00: We calculate VAT/tax in your order. 
• Orders Above £135: VAT/Tax will be calculated and charged by Trans Global Freight once the order arrives at UK customs. 

Besides a standard UK VAT 20% charge you can also be charged with a customs fee because some Veloretti parts may have originated in a non-EU country. These fees vary and are added to the total VAT/Customs fee.

At the moment, our system does not allow VAT/tax-free calculation when placing orders above £135.-. Please contact our Customer Care after you received your order confirmation to be refunded for the taxes calculated at checkout.
