Calibration won't workUpdated a year ago
When calibration is not working:
- Disconnect the bike from the Bluetooth connection and turn the bike off
- After 30 seconds, turn the bike back on and reconnect via Bluetooth
- Check if the plug is connected correctly
- Check that the LED button on the Enviolo is lighting
- Check if the speed magnet ring is present
- Ensure that you are pedaling smoothly and consistently for at least 25 seconds at speeds higher than 15 km/h
- Make sure the assistance level is 0
- If the hub still won't calibrate, try changing devices to connect to the bike.
