Calibration won't workUpdated a year ago

When calibration is not working: 

  • Disconnect the bike from the Bluetooth connection and turn the bike off
  • After 30 seconds, turn the bike back on and reconnect via Bluetooth
  • Check if the plug is connected correctly
  • Check that the LED button on the Enviolo is lighting
  • Check if the speed magnet ring is present
  • Ensure that you are pedaling smoothly and consistently for at least 25 seconds at speeds higher than 15 km/h
  • Make sure the assistance level is 0
  • If the hub still won't calibrate, try changing devices to connect to the bike.
